Water management plans with Scheduling guidelines based on normal-year ETo. System controls include flow sensing for hydraulic diagnostics, central control communication and ETo based scheduling.
Estimated value – $4,520,000.

47-Acre Retail Commercial Center using recycled and potable water.
System design and documentation in accordance with City of Santee, Padre Dam Water District and County Department Of Environmental Health requirements. System designs include substantial use of sub-surface drip irrigation to promote water conservation and prevent pavement degradation. System controls include flow sensing for hydraulic diagnostics, central control communication and ETo based scheduling. Plan processing required water requirement and system scheduling calculations based on historical ETo data.
Estimated value – $1,250,000.

System design and documentation in accordance with City of Fountain Valley requirements. Designs of sports field systems include computer modeling with SpacePro software to provide 92% CU. Project required numerous occasions of existing system interface with playing fields partially affected by redevelopment. System controls include radio communication with city central control, flow sensing for hydraulic diagnostics and ETo based scheduling.
